Now that I have the SMA brushgaurd its hard now to open the hood because of clearance. I now have to prop it from the side.
I looking for a black hood handles similar to the pic below. Below is a pic from hummercustoms but they are asking $229. I was wondering if anyone knows of any cheaper ones that look similar.

You should try ebay, I got mine there for $160.00 THIS GUY (http://cgi.ebay.com/ebaymotors/Hummer-H3-Chrome-Billet-Hood-Handles_W0QQcmdZViewItemQQcategoryZ42611QQitemZ462 3702755QQrdZ1QQsspagenameZWDVW) should have the black ones that you need...

Those are the SMA ones, right? May be hard to find now. Those were the only ones I could find in black.

The SMA's were the only non-chrome ones I could find as well. They look good, if a bit expensive.

I got the black handles with the finger-grip grooves in the back. I think they look better than the old sma ones, and I spent only about 175.00 for them, and they are solid billet aluminum. These are the ones...
