MSRP $53800
$9500 down 48 month 12k per year

$540 monthly total

Do you think good deal or NOT?

One can't tell from the information you've given.

Get the residual rate (or actual residual at the end of the term) and the money factor and I'll be glad to run the numbers for you.

That is the only way to tell if you have a good deal or not.
