E & G Flares

I am thinking about having the 5" wide E&G flares installed on my H2SUT.
I have seen photos and think they look great but can anyone tell me if they were easy to install?
Is there much modifying to be done or are they a good fit.
If anyone has some close up photos of these flares installed would love to see them.
