#2 -- I like the styling with the marker lights, brush guard, and also like the Nav option...admittedly, I'm not a chrome fan..and you can always add the steps, wheels, etc later if you want more chrome.

#2 no doubt
Nav system, less crome to polish and gray shows less imperfections, like tree burn and rock rash. Either way congrats

#2 if you go off road. Black is easily scratched and very visible if it is.

#2. Not a black exterior fan (had a black truck once) and really like my nav option.

Anything but black! I've had several black cars and they are a major pain to keep clean.

Neither. I'd order something with all the options I wanted instead of making tradeoffs. But it would be Boulder Gray. ;)

Depends if you want chrome or Navigation. But the Black with some chrome looks good and you'll turn more heads.

I'd go black but then I already did.

Definately #1.

Because...black is the best color. And you get the trailer hitch. You can always remove the chrome though.

The only thing special you get with the 2nd one is navigation, but I'm sure you will want to go aftermarket anyways. And roof marker lamps ... you gotta do some mods yourself! Save it for the black one!

IMHO I think it comes down to if you have plans to wheel with it or not.
If yes, go w/ #2 for all the above mentioned reasons.
If not, go w/ #1, the black and chrome does look best.

Or you could just get Yellow and be completely happy.;)

Definitely the black one.Awesome looking vehicle, black and chrome.I'm not too crazy about the gray and I definitely don't like the orange roof lights. They're real cheesey looking in my opinion.

back from vacation and will be picking one of them up this weekend! I like the black/chrome combo but I have never had a black car/truck before and always hear about the MAJOR pain in the ass it is to keep the finish good or clean. tons of comments about swirls out the ass, every little mark or towel mark, wash marks, etc just from washing and drying it. My neighbor has a black Trailblazer that is not even 2 years old and I see all of the above in his, especially when sun or light is on it directly it looks like a spider webs everywhere? This just normal to black or what?

There are things you can do to reduce the appearance of the swirls, but its not easy..

Number one...the Nav is over rated and too damn expensive, and the trailer hitch is handy, especially since the factory one comes with a different bumper, is higher placed and won't bottom out.

But I would sell all the chrome stuff except for the mirrors and handles. :D

#1.

I'm like many H3 buyers in that the H3 was the only GM vehicle considered when I was shopping for a SUV.
