BEST IPod Interface?????..to suit NAV on 06?

There's lots of conflicting recommendations out there on IPod interfaces.

My question is - what's the very best (in terms of performance, features, and ease of use) IPod interface to work with the latest touch screen NAV GM head unit as fitted to my 06 SUT??

The one made by Axxess. We put the ipod in the center console, out of sight, and control it using the steering wheel controls. It charges the ipod and everything, and you have full text display on the nav screen. Haven't had any problems with them either.

I'm pretty happy with the USASPEC because in "direct mode" i can use the ipod controls and search/play by artist & album etc.....however, in this mode I don't get the text display on the NAV unit (artist, song title, etc....) but my steering wheels controls still work. I just like it better because I don't like to listen to music from "playlists"

I believe THIS (http://www.audiooutfitter.com/store/GMIP-01.html) is the Axxess one referred to above. Can't vouch for the seller though, never used them before.
