Changing out chrome [Archive] - Hummer Forums by Elcova

I was wondering how hard it would be to change out the chrome to black. The truck I am looking at has the chrome package and I would like to change out the mirrors and door handles to black. Has anyone else done this? Just wondering how much trouble it will be and if it is even worth bothering with.

Thanks for the link. I was thinking of changing out the chrome but I really like the spray on lining that he put on it. I'll have to do some thinking now...hmmm

They are pretty easy to replace, it took me a good hour and a half to do all the handles and mirrors.
