Ok, I mounted a cb antenna on the rear bumber and ran the cable to the center console. Well, the 4' Firestik (trim to tune) was impossible to tune since the truck is about the same height.
Well, I don't want to mount on the roof since I already made the hole in the bumper so can anyone help me out? Who has mounted a cb antenna on the rear bumper and was successful? Did it take a 6' antenna or larger? What kind of antenna did you use?
Any help would be appreciated! Thanks!
Mike
I haven't heard of anyone putting one on the bumper. Sorry, wish I was of some more help.

We have CB antenna's on both our Hummers rear bumpers, and they work great. We had a CB shop install them and tune them for us. We have 5 1/2 foot whip antenna's on both of them. :)

--Thanks H2 Bully! So it can be done! I just realized, I can see them in the moab pictures. Very cool! Do you know what brand antenna you have on the H3? It looks like a Wilson or Firestik.
