I believe there are some guys on here that are running 37x13.5 on a stock non-lifted H2 with only minor rubbing on the inner fender wells.

im running 37x13.5x17 with no problems on stock rims, see thread here

im not sure about those rims though. the backspacing and offset might be different, and im not sure how the 22" rim would affect it.

I'm running 22" 37x13.5 wheels and tires without a lift. Minor rubbing on a hard turn.
