WANTED: Keyed lock inserts for roof rack

I am purchasing an extra roof rack for my truck. Wondering where I get the key assembly / cylinder for the end caps??

I need 2 of them... and then how easy is it to rekey them to match my current racks?

dealer should have end caps and they should also be able to rekey them there.
