Air suspension is great for offroad. You also can lift the rear about 2.5 inches. I also like loading up a trailer, and having 0 sag!
It is not more cozy on the street...I imagine it it about the same, but it is only the bags that are full with air. I have heard that the lux (non air) feels better on the street.
You could damage a bag offroading, though I've never heard of someone doing it. Most common problem is one of the sensor arms gets broken and you have to use wire or a ZIPTIE to hold it in place until you can get it to the dealer. Otherwise the rear will sag towards the broken side.

Oh no...not this again!
If you offroad it bit my advice is to get the air; 2 inches truly makes a difference. Having the built in air compressor to pump up tires is a very useful added bonus. If you don't offroad don't bother.

I agree with Zing. I am glad I got the air none on the lot had it, I had to order mine and it was worth the wait.

I personally reccomend using GREAT STUFF boat foam for all "on the go" repairs. I learned this trick from Bubba at Whuul Muurt!!!! http://www.elcova.com/infopop/emoticons/icon_biggrin.gif http://www.elcova.com/infopop/emoticons/icon_biggrin.gif<BLOCKQUOTE class="ip-ubbcode-quote"><div class="ip-ubbcode-quote-title">quote:</div><div class="ip-ubbcode-quote-content">Originally posted by Alec W:
