When GM sells Hummer, and who knows who the buyer is, what does that mean for us Hummer owners. What happens to warrenty, repair and replacement parts. If the buyer is in the US I would assume we would deal with them. What if the buyer is over-seas? Would GM still reapair our trucks since they are GM parts? Anyone have any inside knowledge of this sort of thing?

By law, any company discontinuing or selling a vehicle division is required to carry replacement parts for 10 years. This was the case when Oldsmobile was discontinued.
Hope this information helps.

That does help and put me at ease a bit. Say for example, Toyota buys Hummer, do we go to the Toyota dealership for service or GM?

You very welcome.
To follow up with your question, with respect to say Toyota or any other company buying the Hummer Division, by law, unless stated in the Buyout of the Hummer Division, GM is obligated to service and provide parts for those ten years.
The new company is obligated to service and provide parts for the future Hummer Years and Models.
Once again, the detail to look for in a buyout scenerio is whether the new company wishes to pickup the responsibility from GM. That information would be made public if a buyout occurs.
Hope this helps.

Nope and you wont be able to read the instruments on the dash either....there was a posting on here some time ago that showed a photo of the Indian electrical and communications grid....it looked like a birdsnest on poles....can you imagine the wiring after they got done with it......UGH.
Why doesnt AM General just take over the H2. They are made in an AM General plant right?

You know this just might be a good thing for the Hummer....Tata is actually a great company. Sure some cars can turn to **** once they are taken over, but others don't they become better.....look at Audi's (owned by Lambo) You can buy a S6 Audi with a V10 lambo engine in it for around 60-70,000.

Other way around..... Audi owns Lambo. Hell, Chrysler used to own Lambo and Maserati.
Audi put the Lambo engine in their car. They did make the Lambo's better and more refined though.
