I know a lot of us get upset enough to go down and demand a buyback after having the same old issues popping up and never getting repaired satisfactorily. I agree the "Lemon Laws" are different from state to state, but my lawyer says they are not that different. For Louisiana, it has to be a safety related issue and/or they refuse to make any further repairs whether it be safety related or not. Of course, you can always take them to court.
So, how many of you have actually obtained a buyback from GM / Hummer?

I had a buy back from caddy on an 04 caddilac escalade. Was a pain to do it almost took 1 year but got them to trade me out to an 05 with 2 way alarm and remote start and a service program at no extra charge. Good luck

Dont get me wrong I love my hummer its just this thing leaks horribly. My sunroof rattles like hell when you go over bumps or from wind on the highway .Im a car dealer and I know the federal lemon law states if its been in for repair 3 times for the exact same problem they are supposed to buy it back . The only problem is when you buy a new car they make you sign an arbitration agreement so taking them to court may be aproblem. Thats why im trying to find an upper level exec. ,im sure they wouldnt want the video of this thing pouring water in on youtube.
