stock tires need replacing thinking of going to 37's ta/ko or km2 need advice are km2's just as good in snow and on ice ,can't seem to make up my mind is it worth the extra money

MT tires + ice = ditch. sipe the center lugs and you're not too bad off though. OR try a MT with some siping like the Toyo MT or Procomp Extreme MT. not great on ice either, but not too bad in snow. I ran the Toyos on the last H2 and they were "ok" but ice was not fun. The PCE MT's I ran last winter on my ALpha and they did great..but agian not so good on ice. you need a siped tire to handle ice/snow better.

if you want a more aggressive tire over teh BFG AT, try the Procomp Extreme AT. I have ran those on a couple truck and had great luck in ice/snow and wheeling.

If you want the best non studded ice tire, go with the Goodyear Wrangler AT/S. They are standard on all factory Zambonis for ice rinks and used by all the pickups on frozen Prudhoe Bay at the drilling sites. The little notches in the two main grooves act as tiny suction cups.
