Under Hood Seal Part Number?

Does anybody know what the Part # is for the underhood seals (weatherstrip)...there are two of them, one on the drivers side and one on the passenger side that run front to rear? They are the ones that you manage to lay across every time to try to repair something under the hood. Mine are finally all cracked and coming apart.
