Couldn't sleep last night so I tried to do a rough sketch of what I wanted. Let me know what you guys think. I'm no fabricator, but do you think it'll be easy for someone with some good fab skills to build?
Also, let me know if you see any issues or have recommendations.
And... if anyone can help me make a CAD drawing of this I would really appreciate that.

I basically morphed 3 bumpers.

Will you be able to open your hood with this design?

I honestly don't know, but thank you for pointing that out to me. I definitely overlooked that. I'm not a designer or engineer by any means. This was just a quick mock up of what I wanted it to look like. I want it to be able to still allow easy access to the hood. I'm assuming that the mounting brackets need to be similar to the Rubberduck's TreeHugger brackets.

here's my opinion.
The brush guard you sketched looks very similiar to one on the market already with the curved bar in the center. I can't remember the make but I remember seeing it and thinking.....that's so old man looking lol.
The bottom with the giant skid plate looks too Toyota Pre-Runner wannabe baja truck.
Honestly I think there are bumper/BG combos already out there that would look better and be much cheaper after all the R&D it would take to fab a custom bumper.

I've looked high and low for already available bumpers. It seems like there are only a few options. If you could point me in the right direction, I'd really appreciate it.

I'd have to try and find all the links. Personally my plan was a Road Armor front/rear bumpers and full BG. The price was hard to swallow though.
New plans are a Warn winch bumper and a Treehugger BG with the extended fender flares (the ones with the security screws)
Let me see what I can dig up for you.

FYI- You will have to cut the tree hugger to clear the wide flares.

I've heard some say you do and others say you don't. You are the only one with pics showing you absolutely do so I'm taking your work and your pics words for it. I do anticipate having to cut back the BG for the flares to fit, if I don't even better.

I personally think it'll disintegrate unless you make it out of steel. Paper sucks.
:D
Seriously, that's a really good looking bumper, you really need to have that made, very nice idea.
