I am trying to get my tires off my rims and have brought them to several places for removal but no one can do it. Even 18 wheeler tire shops. Anyone have any ideas or had the same problems? thanks guys!

What's the big f*cking deal? The guys at Les Scwhab do those in their sleep. Must be a Florida thing.http://www.elcova.com/infopop/emoticons/icon_wink.gif

No **** right? I dont know what the deal is with these tires. I want my KMC's on now though! Maybe it is a FL thing but two big guys tried to pry the lip up and it wasnt happening! This is an off road shop too, not some big 10 tire store. The rod they were using was bending when they were trying! Maybe ill get another rod and a few more guys in on it and try again!

Good luck getting those tires off--when you get the KMC's on make sure you get some pics--those rims are schweet!

Make sure they are careful. I had some retard take my bfg's off and he ripped through all 4 tires with a pry bar. Even a slice where the tire seals can be enough to cause you troubles down the road or immediately.

As rare as this may be, I agree with Drtyfn http://www.elcova.com/infopop/emoticons/icon_biggrin.gif
It takes a little work but it can be done.

wow, that blows. I hope they paid for them! Right now i wouldnt mind them ripping through my tires so I can get my rockstars on. Why are these so much more difficult to get off?

On the bright side, they paid for new tires, right?

They're askeered of shitting their adult diapers.
That's bad for sidewall protection.

Ya they got me new tires. Took them 3 weeks to get them, good thing I had another set put on or I wouldn't have had my truck for a while.
