HOW DO I REMOVE HOOD PANEL

HEY GUYS,

HOW DO I REMOVE THE H3 HOOD PANEL? I searched but I coudlnt find anything specific. I see 3 knobs under the hood. Do I push the metal clips in? Do I pull somthing?
