Just curious if that smoothens the ride any? I would still want the huge tires, just less teeth for my daily commute.

Any body try that?

Why don't you like the BFG ATs? They're nice all purpose tires. Why would you need a smoother ride? Does your bottom hurt? Try this stuff before you get in the car.

If Your going to stay with 17" drive the factory and let the air down to about 35 to 40 psi and it softins the ride real good. I wanted to go to 20" rims and went with Toyo 325/60X20 in the Open Country AT tire. It rides remarkable smooth. You have gotten good advice from pretty much all the guys responding. I can say I have trustd thier advice and have not regretted it.

I had the Nitto Terragrappler very smooth, quite ride. Looks aggressive but has very litle traction in mud!! So I dumped them.
