I have to agree with Jp's H3, are the H3 street cruisers or 4x4's? Mine is for street I live in FL on the east coast and the only place I go off road is the beach. Now if I lived in Utah I would have a different wheel and a set of MT's on it. I do still have the stock rims and tires and have them ready if needed.
So I guess they are both, you should see some of the H1 and H2's around here.

I am not much of a street/tire and wheel guy on the Hummers myself, but I have got to admit it looks pretty good, he's got some money in aftermarket stuff and you've got to respect that!
