Has anyone seen an Air-dam that will replace the exisiting hoodcover?

im confused...dont air dams bolt under the bumper to increase aerodynamics and stability? please explain.

I agree, but to add, some are used to force air up into a radiator such as on Corvettes or early Saturns.
I guess he might be talking about the big black thing on the hood. Which is for looks, and I have no idea what they call it, except the "big black thing on the roof."

Someone makes a chrome one, but needless to say, I have had no interest, so can't remember who it was had it, or who made it.

Not at all was i calling you, in any way, an "idiot"...i was honestly confused. To clarify for myself, you guys are talking about the black hood vent, right? I've been looking for a useful replacement for that for a long time.

Air ram intake from below the bumper - bad juju for clearance and water intake :crying:
