I cant believe someone who is an attorney would jeopardize others lives such as this. You would think he was educated. A$$HAT of the year award.

There were 28 college students on one of his flights.

I predict he'll try and say health officals were neglegent and it wasn't his fault because they didn't completely inform him of his condition and then he'll turn around and try and sue them. POS.

I'm pretty pissed about it. His lack of moral responsibility is reprehensible. Dis-bar him.

The man infected with potentially fatal tuberculosis is a lawyer from Atlanta, Georgia, whose father-in-law works at the Centers for Disease Control. Andrew Speaker, 31, is now receiving treatment in Denver, Colorado, as health officials track down people he may have infected. His father-in-law, Robert C. Cooksey, is a microbiologist who has conducted research on tuberculosis for CDC, according to a biography posted on the agency's Web site.

This really chaps my arse, especially when you get to the last paragragh. The CDC had alerted Customs and Border Protection authorities about the man on May 22, noting that they anticipated he might board his scheduled June 5 flight into Atlanta, the official said. Instead, Speaker took a Czech Air flight from Prague to Montreal, along with 199 other passengers and crew members, and then drove into the United States.
But the CBP also put the information out to all ports of entry, which is "routine practice," according to the official.
Speaker's passport was checked at the Champlain, New York, border crossing, and although it triggered an alert on the Customs and Border Protection computer system, he was still allowed in the country, a Homeland Security official told CNN.

Sounds like he knew they'd be waiting for him and intentionally eluded the authorities.

But why come back to the USA; per Michael Moore, we have terrible healthcare. We should ship his attorney arse to Cuba.
