The recipe on that site is ok, but if you use the cheapest beer you can find, and generic brand of italian dressing(no low fat crap)and use some fajita seasoning, it'll come out better!
It's called grill strip steak(or any other kind of meat you've got laying around!)
The most important part of the meal is the homemade hotsauce you put on it, and the handmade tortillas!
p.s.
Do not confuse Carne Asada with Garne Guisada! Two different types meals!

If you can wait till tomorrow morning, I'll order a few tacos and take some pictures of them!
That picture sucks!!!
It's got all that green **** all over it, and the meat isn't nearly a low enough grade to be considered real carne asada!
It needs to be a little more burnt, and uniformly grey in color! As previously mentioned, the pico de gallo and tortillas need to be homemade for it to be really good!
Lemme see what I can find!
You gringos suck...
Never send a gringo to do a brownies job!
(I think Pancho Villa said that!?!?!) http://www.elcova.com/infopop/emoticons/icon_biggrin.gif

OK here's a picture of a decent plate of Carne Asada.
FYI. Carne Asada means "grilled meat", and I think I said this whole posting on one deep breath! http://www.elcova.com/infopop/emoticons/icon_biggrin.gif

If that's what your yak looks like, you need to chew your food a little better!
When I get to your neck of the woods, I'll show y'all how to cook/eat the good stuff! I'll be bringing a freezer full of deer jerky and dried sausage, and some pan sausage too!
This stuff will make you wanna slap yo momma!
