So, the wife and I have been kicking around the idea of selling the F-250 and getting something else. Well I started thinking about the salesman we bought the H2 from up in DC because he said if we wanted to sell it give him a call and a price, so I tried to call him at Moore Hummer in the DC area to find out that he has left there and is now working for a Smart Car dealership in Tyson, VA. Have any of you seen this "Smart Car" thing they call a car. It brings visions of the Jetsons from years gone by where Mr. Jetson upon arriving where he was going, he pushes a button and the car he is in folds up into a briefcase. Well these things are not from it... check it out yourself:

To go from selling Hummers to this would be like the Anti-christ showing up at a bible thumping revival for the covered dish supper. Anyway thought I would pass along what I found.
I hope I don't get one of these things caught in the grill of the H2. It wouldn't be pretty.

Those things just suck..... Imagine meeting some chick in a bar and asking her to go back to your place in that, talk about a good laugh. Gotta be real safe in an accident too:giggling:

They've been around here for 3 years now. I saw one take a turn too fast and it tumbled like a ball for a few blocks.:D It's actually quite rigid and strong for it's size. But never in a million years.

For a minute I thought you were referring to my estranged wife...of course that would have been pre 1996. The year she made her first million...and to think we divorced in 1995. Hmmm.
Oh well...

They have been selling here for 3 or 4 years I think. The Mercedes dealer here handles them.
You couldn't pry me into one of em. Especially with how folks drive around here.

I test drove one, and they were forced to let me keep it a few days...
Seems it takes special equipment to get a 280 lb., 6' 4", rock bustin' dude like me out of something like that...
You should have seen what it looked like after the jaws of life were finished!
I think I'll stick with my H2!

It is about twice the size of a Smart.
Those photos look like they were taken somewhere in Mexico.

'Smart' cars have been around for years in Europe. I saw lots of them in Paris in 1999. They remind me of my response to retards that compare my H2 to the Prius: "Be sure and mention at your kids funeral about the fuel economy you got before your head on collision with the drunk driver".
Funny how that usually ends the conversation.

Wow it looked like a Smart, I guess when the impact causes the frontseat to be pushed all the way back, it tends look just like a Smart car. Having never seen the Cross Fox (they don't have those sh*t boxes here) I could only guess it was a smart car.
