probably not a bad plan. Good color choice http://www.elcova.com/infopop/emoticons/icon_wink.gif the only thing that I would suggest is the rear air suspension. Mine has been great. But if you don't plan on offroading it that hardcore, it would be fine without it. I'm personally more of a buy it exactly how you want it guy, but if you are a do it yourselfer, then go for it, it sounds like a good deal.

great color choice...
the cheapest base model I've seen, and I can't say that I've been paying much attention lately, was at $46,000. Looks like a good deal.

Way below factory invoice. There paying you about 4k to take it! There is only about 11% on avg mark up on GM cars and trucks. Way to go! BIG-C
