6 Changer CD Jammed..

My 6 CD changer is jammed after the wife pushed the eject button then pushed it back in without waiting....If I hold down the eject button it will beep once then 4 times quickly but nothing happens. Once I pushed it and held it down and it read "initializing". Any one have any ideas besides installing an aftermarket unit?

Had the same problem with my 03. Took it apart, pretty complex little box... Got all the foreign pieces out of it, cleaned it really well, put it back together, same problem. Checked with the dealer, $600 to replace.:notallthere: Put in DVD player instead, way cheaper :clapping:

I disconnected the battery for a few minutes and it reset everything and works fine now.
