Has anyone here tried the Warn SDB-160 driving/spot lights? I am thinking of using these lights, because of the ability to switch them from spot to driving lights, this way giving me more lighting when need it for beach driving yet still able to have the spot beam when I need to see the distance.
I am not to thrilled with the switch used for these lights however I can deal with it if others here say the lights are good. Any feedback?

Mike

I have these lights on my H3. They work well, it is nice being able to switch between driving and fog lights. Pretty easy to install, good instructions for the wiring.

They are a little deeper than some other lights, so make sure they fit. This was my first set of lights, so I can't compare them with any other brand.

I like the switch, it fit nicely to the left of my steering column. It is accessible, but out of the way.

The best off road lights you will ever find are the "Lightforce" lights...They use them on the road trains in Australia.

I could say its my opinion, but after trying them everyone seems to agree....

Check them out, http://www.lightforce.net.au/index1.html

You can get them in the US easily, they arent cheap but...man, they work. Before i "saw the light" (Pardon the pun!) I argued with a guy about my PIAA lights being awesome. When it got dark and I saw these lightforce lights i was blown away.
