I'm looking to buy a set of tires for my new Rockstars and I'd like to stay as close to stock height as possible. I barely fit into the garage as it is. I'm wondering if I should go with the 33x12.50 grapplers or the 35's?
Does anyone have a picture of a 20 inch wheel on a 33 inch mud tire?

WHy would you put 33" tires on an H2? you might just put a lowering kit on it while your at it.

Yeh why do 33's your rig has 35's stock and can fit 37's. Dont shrink unless your are droping it and putting some street tires and Hummbob rims.

Also if you have a garage problem pull the crossbars off. I saw an h2 with no cross bars the other day and i thought it looked great.

Thanks, my illiterate friend. Maybe it's time to bust out those RIF (Reading is fundamental) CD's.
As I stated, I cannot go larger than stock because I cannot fit into my garage. That's why I asked about the 33' vs 35's.. :raar:
As for everyone else, THANK YOU for the pics. I appreciate it.

Thanks Brad.. I already did that. Unfortunately I've only got an 80in of clearance to work with. Sucks, I know. I'm worried if I go with the 35's I might hit! I'm really aggravated with the whole situation. Maybe I'll just keep it stock (boring).
Does anyone know a way to remove the roof racks without having to remove the rear roof light assembly. I really need the racks for my skis and I simply cant bear buying a hitch mount for ski's on the hummer. I think it would look stupid.

First; to remove the roof racks, is soo easy... Just losen those screw in knobs in the front and then move them to the rear of the hummer and theres a little plastic piece you just need to remove. And they just come off...
Secondly; the factory BFG's 315/70R-17 measure 34.5" total diameter while the 35x12.5 Mud Grapplers measure 35.8" at full thread... If you take out your roof racks then it'll fit in your garage...

Thanks! I can't seem to find the plastic piece that you are referring to. Unfortunately I've got less than an inch of room without the racks. I'm a little nervous about buying the 35's because if I don't fit into the garage I'll be screwed. I'll probably order them anyway but I wanted to inquire about the 33's as an alternative.

Get the 35s youll be glad you did(stock is boring and 33s would look rediculous). IF you dont fit, just air down a bit and youll be good to go.

Relax man, I'm just telling you that going down to 33's when you already have 35's wouldn't look good at all IMO....
Since you already have stock tires 34.5" and you have 1" to spare, the 35.1" tire you are looking at are not going to raise you up a full inch and make you hit.
I have seen an H2 with 33's on 18's. It looked like it belonged in a 2wd tahoe club. It looked off to say the least.
Now go make yourself a prozak milkshake and keep looking for another set of rims/tires that were meant for that truck.

Several companies make lowering kits, I heard most people buy em to fit their trucks in the garage as well.

You sound gay to me so why not put some pink Rockstars with tires even shorter than 33s:lame:

Ripping on a dealer is a great way to get a good deal on tires :giggling:
33's would look ridiculous like most everyone has said, I would imagine you would see a slight improvement in MPG's though. I'd order 37's and just look for a new house with a taller garage door!
