yep however you can buy the rims at Crate and Engine Depot.

Roll out on these 20" chrome wheels. Validated to GM specifications. Available with center cap and lug nuts. Use only GM-approved tire and wheel combinations. Note: These 20" Accessory Wheels are approved as an up-size application on the HUMMER H3T, and require a Painted 20" Spare Wheel Kit (P/N 19211583) to be used as a spare. The originally equipped spare is not compatible with a 20" up-size wheel.
