Swap single cd radio for nav radio

I have a 2007 h3 with a single cd radio. I am wondering if it is possible to swap that radio for the oem radio with nav??? If so how difficult is it and would i need anything special to hook it up??? Also if anyone has the radio with nav and looking to get rid of it, i would be intersted in talking.
