Hello, new to the form and I just bought a 2006 H2. This thing is great, but I'm looking for a little better sound coming out the tailpipe. The question I have is those running a Magnaflow exhaust did you notice any lost in low end power? I did a search and didn't find anthing about power lost with one. Great form as I do off-roading with a Jeep Rubicon in Canada and Michigan too. Thanks!

I added the Magnaflow system several months back and though at first I thought it was not loud enough, I have become very accustomed to the sound it produces.
If it does reduce low end power, I can't tell. I'm sure on a dyno it may show some loss but I honestly couldn't tell.
BTW, there are several prices but you shouldn't pay more than 499 (shipping included) for the system.

I bought the Magnaflow MAINLY because I wanted a BETTER SOUND!! And I love it. Like Mark said, I haven't noticed any low end power loss, so if there is any, it's marginal at best.
Sure sounds WICKED though http://www.elcova.com/infopop/emoticons/icon_cool.gif

Since Mark is in the BIZ, he may be able to find a better deal, but this dude on e-Bay is $499.99 Including FREE shipping in the US.

Ya know, I woulda thought the same thing...lol. I looked for weeks and then called every supply house we deal with. I COULD NOT find anything cheaper than 499 with shipping included.
This might be one of those products that the manufacturer says you cannot sell below a certain price.... not sure but seems kind of funny that 99% of all places have the exact same price.

Thanks guys, I would think the 05 would fit the 06? I don't think they changed anything on the exhaust did they?

I'd say that's about right... I'd check Magnaflow's website to be on the safe side just to verify what year fits what.

That explains it, on my laptop, the speakers sound kind of tinny(is that a word?) http://www.elcova.com/infopop/emoticons/icon_biggrin.gif

I checked out the web site and listen to it. Sounds great to me and soon as the money tree grows a little I get one.
