Hello everyone,
I've been reading this forum for the past few days and it got me interested in an H2, so I went and test drove one and went on the track, and all I can say is wow. I ordered a black on black lux! Can't wait to get it in. Does anyone know of a customized inflatable bed for the back of the hummer? When all the seats are down ofcourse. Also is there anyone here from the Tampa FL area or anywhere in FL that knows of a good off-roading place?

Hell, we just went to Academy (sporting goods store...) and got an inflatable mattress like we'd use in a tent with a blower that plugs into the 12v lighter... it worked perfectly!!

Who said I had a rich dad?

FYI I own my own businesses (7 in total) and have since I was 14. I don't like the idea that when people see a young guy in a nice car they automatically think it's his daddy's money.

You get em tiger! When did you pick up the 05 C6? Sometime between 1:03 and 1:10pm today? Oh, these 7 businesses wouldn't happen to be the 6 stated on your site plus the digital boost site would they?

The reason I am asking is that they were registered in the last couple weeks and I notice they are for sale. Or would callingcardnation.com be the 7th business.

Just trying to get my facts straight here. So if you were 14 when you started this business I would have to wonder where in the world you made your own money by then to start a company that sells calling cards that is run by adults on a 14 year olds bank roll. Wouldn't it have to be your dads money? Just curious.

DigitalBoost

Wow, you guy's really like to start stuff on these threads, Well here are the facts!
No all those on digitalboostinc.com are not the 7 businesses I own, each of those are a subsidiary of Digital Boost Inc., 1 of the companies I own.
Add to that 1 Subway (in Lake Panasoffkee, 2 Hardee's (one in Lake Panasoffkee and the other in Ruskin), 1 Amoco (in Lake Panasoffkee), and 1 Chevron (in Tampa). All owned and managed under what company? AG Fuels Inc.
Last but not least, I'm a home investor in the New Tampa and downtown area with my older brother as a partner.

Please get your facts straight before you accuse me of lying. By the way no money was required for me to start selling home theater equipment (Digital Boost Inc.), but if there was money required, my dad would have funded it. Still don't believe me? Ask and I will take and post pics of me in my vette.

oh and callingcardnation was started with a $100 made from chores around the house. I made a few thousand then shut it down to concentrate on other interests.

First, I don't think that Frank flat out called you a liar, just questioned you on it. Does sound like daddies, or someone else's, money though. If you have done what you say you have done without OPM, then great job. If so, how did you get from a few thousand from phone cards to owning what you say you own? Still sounds like OPM to me, if its true at all. Knowing roughly what those franchises cost makes it sound even more unlikely. If you have those assets, good for you, whether you got them from Daddy or not. As far as proving it by posting pic of you and your Vette, I guess have almost any car you can think of, just give me a chance to go take the pics http://www.elcova.com/infopop/emoticons/icon_rolleyes.gif

Not sure exactly how far it is for you but you asked about off roading locations in Florida. I have heard that the Ocala forest has some good spots but don't know from experience.

DB,

I thought Ocala was about 2 hours for you. That is the area that I have heard the most about. I personally have never gone wheeling down here and don't have my Hummer yet. Gone riding in Ocala and it was pretty good though. Have an H3 on order but am thinking about an H2 instead. When I get whichever, we will have to find some good spots. I will keep my eyes and ears open for any good places around here or Tampa.

HummerNewbie,
If your thinking about an H2, this would be the time to get it, Reeves is taking 8,000 off MSRP (GM Employee Discount). When I saw the H3 in pictures, it didnt really appeal to me, looked small. However when I saw it at the dealership, it's no jeep liberty! Very nice interior also. So whatever you choose will be the right choice.

FYI: GM discount ends July 5th

I don't understand why it's such a big deal to some people that someones father can help their kids out with money rather than a bank. He used the money to better himself and his future so big deal. If you made your money by yourself than great pat yourself on your back, but don't get on someones **** because they got some help.DB I know what it feels like, It doesn't take any lesser of a man to walk through open doors.

I don't fault anyone for getting help from others. I do fault those who have been handed everything in their lives and don't know how to work for anything. I certainly am not saying this is the case with DB, I don't know him. If you work hard and don't expect everything to be handed to you, than more power to you. I have just known way to many people over the years that are spoiled rotten. I see these 16 year old kids driving around in their $50K cars and they do absolutely nothing for it. Not even a part time job to pay for gas. In the long run, their parents are not doing them any favors. If I could afford to go by my son a $50K car, I wouldn't do it. Just my opinion.

I certainly wasn't wanting for much when I was growing up and my family has money but they didn't spoil me rotten. One of the cities that went to my high school was in the top five nation wide for per capita income. To put it in perspective, Beverly Hills was ranked # 24 at the time. It was amazing how spoiled some of these kids where. Parents divorced and mom is getting $4k a month in child support and doesn't need it so gives it to the kid. What the hell does a 16 year old need $4k a month for, let alone in the mid to late '80s http://www.elcova.com/infopop/emoticons/icon_rolleyes.gif Granted some of these kids were my good friends but where are they now that they have to work for a living. To this day, I appreciate the fact that my parents didn't spoil me. Sorry for the ranting but it drives me nuts because my kids have friends that are spoiled rotten and they think that's how it should be.

I agree with you, lying is childish, stupid and does take away your credibility. That's the reason I am defending myself. I introduced myself into this forum, and then recieved several comments and allegations that I am a liar. Why would I lie about something so stupid? Just because I'm 19 you don't think I can be succesful? This whole thing started when one person made the comment that my rich daddy bought me the H2, I just replied with the truth. Then someone had to go and accuse me of lying. If anyone is in the Tampa area and doesn't believe me, I would love, LOVE to prove you wrong. Call me

Don't get me wrong, I did have to use my dad to get the loans from the bank (for the stores). But if I would have had credit I would have done it myself. But I'm the one that paid the 20%. His name just had to be on the papers for credit reasons.

Ok, kid. I'll try it another way a little more directly. Explain why your name is not on any of the businesses you quoted, most notably AG Fuels, except for Digital Boost. You are not a director or officer in any of those other businesses.

You draw ire because those are franchise businesses and someone under 18 is not going to get ownership of a franchise, regardless. You can try to say it's in your Dad's name or whatever but you are not listed as an officer so that doesn't fly.

It was very simple to check with the FL secretary of state's office to see that you were not telling the truth.

Maybe you should call again. For AG Fuel I filed with the state in late 2001, and used only my last name. Obviously a franchise was not going to approve a person under 18. That is why Aihab (my father) had to be on the paperwork, As stated above. Any more false information?

To PARAGON, Obviously you know nothing about business or banks. Do you really think a bank is going to hand out 4 loans to the same two people and expect them to handle everything? If you had any knowledge of how banks work you would know that multiple people with good credit are more likely to actually recieve the loan. Subway, hardee's, and amoco are all under one company, AG Fuel Inc. They are all under one company because they are part of the same building and land. Want to buy another business? Start another company, get a loan and buy it. But oh no, you already have a loan out and your young. What do you do? Have someone take out a loan for you (dad and mom this time instead of dad and me). I can't take out a loan under my name for another year or two even with multiple people added on because my credit is not well established, to handle more than 1.
Again Paragon, If you really don't want to admit your wrong on this thread. Come down to tampa and I would be more than happy to show you just how wrong you are.

Then you conveniently list businesses your uncle or you dad actually owns and call them yours but there is no record of your involvement in the ownership of them or as a director or officer. Paragon, Your full of it, and you know it. Just can't admit your fault huh? You saw the paperwork realized that I was right all a long...But you still can't admit your wrong. That my friend is a sign of weakness.

DRTYFN, If you can read, I didnt start running my mouth, I asked a few questions, got a smart ass remark from cheese whiz, then defended myself in a friendly manner. Unlike everyone else who comes on here and tries to take a whack at me, I was here to make friends. But because I'm 19 and I work for what I get, I get treated like a liar. If you can so blatantly call me a liar out of ignorance then you must be a man who has nothing better to do in life.

As for the "ahab the arab" remark, Yes I'm egyptian, something wrong with that?

You dont see me saying "Klaus the white guy" do you?

Well this forum has just lost another member. I can't have fun in a forum with such ignorant and stubborn people (paragon, DRTYFN)

Thanks to all who were kind and the info about the ocala national forest (I have to try that out once I get my H2!). Have Fun Riding!

You can totally redeem yourself by posting pictures of said sorority girls on your ever-so-cool inflatable mattress. Fat chicks do not count nor do trashy Daytona party girls. Girls with a tramp stamp (lower back tatoo) are also automatically disqualified.

Yes, there is absolutely some thing wrong with being Egyptian. You should feel terrible about it. http://www.elcova.com/infopop/emoticons/icon_rolleyes.gif

Now you are trying to wriggle out of your original statement that you own AG Fuels, Inc. and all of that junk you listed is owned and managed under that corporate name. A simple look by me and your story has changed 3 times already (I think, maybe it was 4, I'm not keeping count).

Your name appears under one company name, Digital Boost, Inc., along with someone else related to you. Other than that your name does not appear anywhere else.

LOLOLOLOLOLOLOL...You just made my day.......here it goes AGAIN, I guess nothing gets through to your thick skull. I never once said anything about what I do until someone said something about me having a rich dad. Then frank asked for the facts, which I gave to him. Then Paragon decided "oh I can jump in here and be noticed for once" and started saying false information. Did I say was soo important? No. Am I the one that's been saying stupid comments without any facts to stand behind? No, again that's what your here for. Get a life, stop leeching on to other peoples arguments (as I've read you do it quite often in these forums). So go get some balls, fly to Tampa and lets see if you can stand behind your smart ass mouth. If you think your such a bad ass and call everyone names, you really need to be taught a lesson.

19 years old
In college
Manages/owns various interests in 7 very demanding type businesses (food service/service stations/etc.)
And has time to fool around in this forum

Last person I remember that good at 19 years old was named Howard Hughes and he was smart enough to hire Noah Dietrich to manage it all because he realized he was too young.

Me smells something rotten here. Maybe Camel dung under the circumstances.

[/list]What happened to them all being owned and managed by AG Fuels, Inc. and ultimately by you. You have avoided trying to explain away that little discrepency in your flight of fancy.

And the GG thing, who is that, your grandfather? GSG right? As I said before your name shows up on one business only, Digital Boost Inc. Nothing you have said reconciles why an Andrew is listed there but nowhere else but should (according to you)

Grew up in Prarie Village and OP. Moved down to Orlando about 11 1/2 years ago. Most of my family still lives there. Actually wouldn't mind moving back. Not the most exciting place to visit but a great place to live. OP was ranked #1 city to live, #1 city to work and #1 city to raise a family a few years back. Personally Property taxes are high in Johnson County but that is why there is low crime and pretty much no bad areas.
