I am glad to hear your alright! We probally all have done things like this some time or another. Wearing any Jewelry including watches while working on a vehicle can be dangerous. Electrical shorts, burns, watches and rings hanging up on your vehicle etc., could cause injury to yourself or your rig. It reminded me that this can happen to anyone!

Thanks for posting it "PARAGON"!

I win.

This morning I drove into a rock that was being used as landscaping in a parking lot at Starbucks, and TRASHED my rental pick-up. So, let's see $500 deductible + loss of $100/6mo good driver discount for 3 years = $1100.00! That is one expensive cup of coffee!

Add the tree on Golden Spike and your having a really bad week.

No sh.it.

I really don't mind crashing into things when I'm off-road. Doing it in a parking lot, no less.

You really should stop wheeling at the malls.

I still think the vision of Paragon with his arm stuck in the grill for ½ hour is funnier than you hitting a rock It’s the adult version of the kid getting a pot stuck on his head </div></BLOCKQUOTE>

I'll try harder next time.

Just one more? Many years ago was helping my next door neighbor work on his Morris (old english car slightly bigger than the mini). We decided to put the bucket seats from my Corvair(I said many years ago) into his Morris, since he had bench seats. We stuff the seats in there and go riding around, get to a big hill and he floors it. Halfway up the hill both seats proceed to fall over backwards depositing us upside down in the back seat. We really should have bolted them in, in retrospect.

Been there.

I have a friend who was into Pro street. Me and another friend (years ago as well) go by and see how the build of the new car was coming along. There's no seats, just a roll cage steering wheel and gear box. So the three of us go for a little ride. Second gear and he sticks his freaking left foot through the floor....... Oh, did I mention no seats. My other friend and I were in the back up against the back panel sitting on the metal floor pan and dude was sitting a freaking milk crate. After second gear, he wasn't but he was still hanging on to the steering wheel and his foot was still mashing the accelerator through the freaking floor. This car did not want to track straight either, the wheel wells were open, he's off the milk crate and can't see out the windshield (probably couldn't have anyway because of all of the tire smoke by this time that has rolled into the cabin). And we are being slung around the back. I am not really sure what we did. The black marks didn't make a whole lot of sense, sort of like a dyslexic chinese guy trying to write a "w".

By the time he got it stopped we were a ball of coughing, laughing and crying from laughing so hard.
