before I bought the H2, I would have said an X5 4.6 for sure, but now that I have experienced what a real truck is, I would have gotten something that could offroad, like maybe my cousins D90, or a G500 (change the tires of course). Definately not an H1 though. Those are so uncomfortable and weird inside...

I don't think offroading is dependant on your social circle. My family are prominent socialites, but here I am tearing it up on the trails in my big moster H2 (me buying this thing raised a few eyebrows for sure). I have a few friends from prominent families that used to offroad too. Maybe in other parts of the country that aren't as laid back it might be socially unacceptable, but seriously, what a person does as their hobby has no bearing on social status.
