Winters aren't bad at all...I burned 7-9 chords a year, just depended on the extent of the cold. The summer's will kill you...just like Texas. ( I don't care what anyone tells you, it gets HOT there too!!!

Hell, in the Bay Area that place would run about $800K-1 mil depending on the location. Maybe more in some of the towns.

Worst case Ric-Ho...you could always lease it out to some of OUR new Houston residents Then fight the feds for your $$$

After 3 hours of driving around, and 3 stops at the same 7-11 (twice to pee and once for a killer burrito!) I finally found my apartment!
