That truck looks perfect. Thanks to all for the really helpful info. As far as 2" versus 6" I will refer to the immortal Dice Clay who said you either suck it or you dont suck it.... There is no in between. Go big!!

Thanks

Al

Crush & Screeper;

Thanks for all of the info...I'm in the process of lifting my SUT this week. Trail Duty has delivered again!!!

I couldn't find the tires I wanted & will settle for Toyo AT's until the MT's are available in 30-60 days I choose this route so I would have a set of highway tires & mud's when off-roading. I went with the KMC rock star rims, fabtech lift, pit arms, tie rods, steering stabilizer, SuperChips, E&G fender flares...not to mention the Gobi racks & Warn wench set up.

I'll drive it for a week or two then decide on the gears...again thanks for all of this info.

PhilD,

You should know me better than that by now...gonna pick up an extra set of rims as well. Then it's just "hey, guys...gonna wheel this weekend. Please swap my tires out!!!" LC

I installed the Warn winch a few weeks ago. Though I haven't had a chance to use it, it works great and looks fantastic.

I'll do it...probablly on the way out. I'm working for Duke Energy @ Catwaba for the next week & a half. But I'll have some slack days towards the end of the following week...maybe go do dinner one evening just to see your truck.

I should return home to a newly lifted & tricked out SUT

Rancho makes a 4 inch lift if 6 is too much for your likes.

Your skid plate is isn't straight and the DRTY bumper kicks arse.

It is now...

And yes, no doubt that DRTY's bumper is better. It looks solid as hell and I know it comes with a bigger winch. The problem is I was trying to make it to Tellico (even though I didn't make it) and DRTY wasn't going to be selling any till later... (I'm too impatient)

... and for as much as I'll use the winch, it's not worth it to me to spend 2-3 times the amount I paid for Warn's bumper winch.

DRTY bumper rocks! If you can't get one, then go with the Warn. It's a good product.
