I say we institute Ban That Ass Friday(BTAF).
On Mondays there will be a poll with 5 randomly selected members and the person with the most votes will be banned on the subsequent Friday for the duration of the weekend. Another method for selection could be a thread started where members can nominate someone for banning. If the banned member is caught sneaking back in with an AE or even lurking then the banning will be extended for 2 weeks and be bumped up to an IP ban for the duration of the penalty.

should BAN for all times

Anyone

with over 20000 posts

You know kinda like in Soylent Green (the sf movie) where everyone who reaches a certain age gets to commit a painless sucide with pretty scenes and soft music...
