As the housing bubble continues to collapse are you going to be forced to develop your pond like the rest of craphole Atlanta...8 houses per acre all with 6 foot long driveways?

dont forget about a nice airport, couple of mixed use commercial buildings and some patio homes....just cant have condo towers....lol
