When you pay top dollar for a vehicle, you expect top service. I've been very disappointed with the leather and the plastic trim on our H2 and complained to the dealership- nothing is done as it's considered standard wear and tear.
It seems like the only way to get a resolution is to have an inside track and even then you're just getting a newer piece of the same sh#t. Geeze, our old Chrysler Town & Country had better leather than the Hummer. Embarrasing and shameful GM. I love the H2 for what it is but I think the dealer support should match the extra surcharge for everything we buy from the initial cost on down. |
