The video shows 72 year old James Andrew Jeppe of Southlake Texas casually walking around a 13 mpg black Ford F150 just to key the Hummer. His calm demeanor indicates he has done this before and the follow up article confirms other Hummers have been vandalized in a similar manner. Unfortunately, the possible fine will never repay the true cost to repair all the previous vandalism caused by this douchebag.:raar:

not being in ins. biz, wouldn't his auto have to cover repairs plus there is civil court which I know is $3000 but, there must be ways of getting paid for paint.

Actually the police report is out now. He has admitted to keying the H2 along with 4 or 5 others, and stated he's a member of the sierra club and greenpeace.

Now its all clear.

The newspaper article stated he was a fan of the school's football team and was there to buy tickets for an upcoming game.

Looks like this is what we are looking for. Im going to be parking my H2 in a public parking lot near my loft (Which is downtown in a big "going out" area) so I might have to go with this too....
