We also have a carpool problem with these "wanna be" enviro-cars here in CA. They were granted special rights to drive in the carpool lane regardless if they only have one occupant. They must have a special DMV sticker on the rear bumpers identifying their interest in driving alone in the carpool lanes in CA.

I have a window sticker for their cars when I see them parked anywhere:

Noun: car pool) An arrangement whereby several participants or their children travel together in one vehicle. Stop Hybrid Hypocracy!

I would have shown up in Desert Storm Camo if I lived in the area!

FYI
The C5 and C6 corvette also qualifies as a LEV (Low Emissions Vehicle). It will be funny to see all these so called enviro-cars and corvettes classified as LEV.
