I saw Frank at the airport. He helped load my bags at curbside. Quite a nice fellow actually. I was in the Christmas spirit so I gave him a 5 spot for the help. Sure enough, when my bags arrived in L.A. they were in great shape and some of the first off the belt. Thanks Frank for loading my bags and Happy New Year!

Hey, if all they’re doing is flipping the bird, no biggy, you can easily return the gesture. It’s nice to see a site that is actually not encouraging vandalism in the form of tagging or something worse. And, at least they have the guts to post hate mail as well. I’ve seen plenty of pro and anti SUVs sites that are one-sided, like SUVOA. Some of the mail is just vicious though, people are taking it way too personally.

Wow Joyce...sounds like someone has a little bit of pent up frustration. But on the plus side, you did manage to brighten my day a little.
