What are these same employees allowed to do to your food behind your back?

The punk ass beotch should be canned and the Club needs to do "something" for you. I would ask them what they suggest....then go for at least 20% more. Just my policy when I get dissed by bad service.

Sorry, but anything the club gives is just gravy. It's not their fault, they can't screen for cooks with spitting disorders.

Why go after the club for something you don't deserve from them? It would be a different story if they tried to avoid the whole situation to begin with and didn't provide video, etc.

Don't try to get the club to pay for something they really didn't have any control over unless they try to stonewall you and do nothing. Then you can start talking to them about going public with it. If you do go down that path, you probably won't be too welcome there by staff or guests due to the publicity. Unless management told him to spit on your truck, they really didn't do anything to deserve you going after them. I think the punk needs to pay somehow but keep in mind that even if he gets fired, I am sure he will still have friends in the kitchen or elsewhere at the club.

As long as employees are within the club's property, then management is responsible for the behavior of their employees.

It's disturbing to think that the employee must have known about the surveillance system and still choose to offend a club member/patron.

The club is responsible for their employees and they should take action against their chef. They should also make you feel very comfortable about returning to their club.

Yes the club should take responsibility for an employees actions but that doesn't justify asking for a years free membership. I also agree that they should take action against this cook and everything should be fine. If they don't and he goes public with it is when managemnet, staff and other members might not make him feel real welcome at the club.

Make sure, in the video, that he didn't bend down and spit at the under carriage of your truck. Because I would think the full detail would require a full and thorough cleaning of the underside as well.....

Also, as I understand it mucus has osmotic abilities and probably seeped through the pores in the windshield and infected the interior of the truck as well. Thorough detailing of the interior at his expense would be required.
