Re: The Green Lantern Project
Hi Guys,
Great looking car. I have a couple of questions. I am looking to see what is the largest size off road tire I can git on the H3 without rubbing... I really like your "Toyo Open Country MT's - 315 75 R16", I'm new here so forgive me if I ask a dumb one, but it would seem to me the these would rub a the slightest road bump, or as soon as your steered... Am i wrong? and can someone tell me what is the largest size off road tire I can git on the H3 without rubbing? Thanks!!! |

For most with 35's, you get some rubbing at full crank on steering wheel, and some rubbing at full flex of suspension. Even guys and gals with 33's get a little rubbing on the sway bar at full crank. Most have cranked up their torsion bars to raise the front end 1 to 2 inches. It gives more room for 35's and helps level out the truck. Green Lantern is running 35's without cranking the torsion bars with no problems. |

Re: The Green Lantern Project
How has the Duplicolor held up? I was thinking about doing my bumpers (metal portions) with the roll on version of the product. Has anyone used the roll on version?

No makey no more. :( Only option is to find a used one for sale. There's someone in the classifieds section selling one if you're anywhere near Reno. http://www.elcovaforums.com/forums/s...ad.php?t=26302 |
Re: The Green Lantern Project

The company went out of business. They sold off some of their products, like the winch bumper, to Predator. Supposedly there' new owners of SMA and they were going to start making stuff again, but haven't seen any action on that front for a long time. |
