Except in that scenario you'd have to go through Detroit, not SJ in the second round. They re-seed after each round.

All we had to do was win the home games...

Total shut outs in all 1st and 2nd periods, and we have given up 2 goals in each of three 3rd periods, to force OT in all three games, to drop two of them.

Wow. You definitely got your money's worth last night. I guess the Avs figured if they buried them deep early they wouldn't come back to ruin it for them. Nice win.

Sharks- You saved it by the hair of your playoff peach fuzz is all I can say. Sharks definitely need to regroup and get it going or else step aside. Their play has been so disappointing. I really had hoped they would contend this year.

Washington - They are starting to smell like the Crapitols. They are looking like last years Pen's , aka deer in the headlights. Sloppy passes, they are getting beat to a lot of pucks especially outside of the other teams blue line, and need to shot tons more. I was looking forward to the Crosby/ Malkin - Ovechkin playoff matchup but right now it doesn't look like the Caps are going to get there. Philly is playing rather well. :(

Yay! the Ducks woke up and decided to at least make things interesting.

Montreal joins the Pens at reaching the 3 wins mark. No surprise there.

Turns out there were 154 penalty minutes in game 4. That's awesome. I had guessed an hour for the Wild. Tee hee.

Hummtech- So today I stumbled across a ton of pics that were on a site (which I think no longer exists) called flamesgirls.com I do this of course to provide everyone with the best puckbunny material I can. All I have to say is WHAT THE F*CK IS IN THE TAP WATER up there in Calgary. I mean that place would make the citizens of Sodom and Gomorrah blush. Well I'd rather not see this thread wind up in the woodshed but damn there is plenty of hockey hottie nuditae going on there. Of course I also found the bluemile.ca site, and can only say that the Oiler's fans are truly the hottest. I think I may need to look into moving to Alberta Canada soon.

That site started up during the flames 2004 cinderella cup run. There was a huge party downtown on the "red mile" after every game it was nuts, thousands of people partyin in the street. About the water, well were still trying to figure that one out too, but god bless em.
