Yes, a bit of a prob!
I take The filter off and am able to get my hand (with a little effort) in there to get at the clips. (I have long fingers!):giggling:

Dumb question. Where can I find a Master Flow MF-1050? I've searched the web over and can't find one. Thanks for any help.

Also look for the superflow compressor, it is the same compressor just with a different model #. I even double checked with the manuf. before I bought it. I got mine online at a parts place, but found them at G.I. Joes later on.

I left my house in the Smoky Mountains this afternoon and stopped in one of the Pep Boys in Knoxville. Got the last one they had. Thanks for the advice.

Jeff make sure you dont drill the 4th hole in the fusebox cover.

And buy a quick connect at radio shack for the power wire.

Are you going to run a line to the frame or are you just going off the compressor with the airhose ?.

Also make sure to run a safety wire to the air filter so that any vibrations don't rattle the cover off.
good luck, let us know if you need any other guidance! :beerchug:

Definately no fourth hole!! I'm going to run a line to the frame. Is there any one place better to come out with the air, such as the side, front rear, etc.? I'm also planning to swith it from inside the truck so the hood doesn't need to be popped for anything.

Look through this thread there are pics of side install.

Inside switch sounds good.
I do use the gauge on compressor(about 5 lbs off) most of the time .
Also compressor has more power with the truck running and will stay cooler with the hood open.

You could run the air hose down along the drivers side frame rail and run a splitter off of that to the drivers side. I'm thinking of doing that myself! as for that fourth hole one the fuse box cover, GO FOR IT, It adds character! :D

I got mine installed this afternoon. I used a relay and switched it inside the cab. It's a nice compact install. I appreciate the info.

Nice set up Jeff!
Can you give a little info on the fittings / steel braided hosing from the pump to the coupling mounted on the frame rail?
Thanks! :beerchug:
