That was a great game. OT hockey for three periods is as good as it gets (next to football, of course).
There is NO WAY the Penguins win two more against the Wings. But I'm glad I have another game to watch. |

Sure has been a good series. Two teams that never faced each other in the regular season battling it out with a win on the others turff. The way hockey should be played. |

OK, believe it or not, I'm actually watching the third quarter and I've got to say, the Pens goalie is pretty damn good. Pete, you're guy is blocking a ton of shots and only let three through.
The Red Wings goalie isn't so good. I mean heck, he's only had to block a couple of shots the whole third! Holy smokes!!! The Pens just took their best player out! Oh SCORE one for the Pens! They lost. |

Congrats to all of you RED WINGS fans. It's been a great season. You owned everyone this year and showed us all why they call it hockeytown, USA. It's been a great year for hockey too. Alex the great, a great playoff season, and most of all game 5 of the Stanley Cup! A game that none who watched will ever forget!

I love the brutality of the smacktalk these past few months then all of a sudden everyone starts consoling the loser team. :jump: I'm sure Hossa and Crosby were spooning each other in tears last night whispering sweet nothings in each other's ears trying to forget this pain.:D There is no second place with Stanley. :jump: :OWNED: But I should give my standard reply I say at funerals, "I'm soooooo sorry for your loss.
