I was wondering!! Congrats!!

PARAGON 04-24-2006 11:45 AM

WTF color is that? Does it match your skirt?

Congrats, what year? '01?

CO Hummer 04-24-2006 12:11 PM

Well at least Christmas shopping will be easy for you. Half shafts, coming your way.

Congrats!

Arizona Hummerboy 04-24-2006 12:16 PM

Congrats!!! That is a very nice looking H1 soft top.

Andy C 04-24-2006 01:25 PM

It is a 97 - in great shape - one owner (moving to Israel, who did not want to leave it here in storage). It is maroon (I think).
50,000 miles on it.

Its good to be back

And it does match my skirt.

dochummer 04-24-2006 01:45 PM

That's a great color, and looks like it's in great condition!... does it happen to be a 97.5?

What? You never left!

DDWH 04-24-2006 03:26 PM

Nice looking rig Andy, Congrats!

dochummer 04-24-2006 03:36 PM

Ok, so...after owning one for a while, you'll have to let me know how it is...as far as repairs and what not. I have to be honest, everytime I see one of those, I want one... So anything you can say to discourage me from getting one.....

Andy C 04-24-2006 04:25 PM

Well after owning one since Friday the only problem I have had so far is that the muppet that I bought it from showed me how to drain the fuel filter without it running. Two hours later we finally got it started again.

OK I cant resist it - here is a worthless post to bring my count to a whopping 600.

One of the longest running members with the fewest posts - and proud of it.

Don't worry you'll be over the H1 tech section often enough asking how to fix everything that will invariably fall apart on your "real" Hummer </div></BLOCKQUOTE>
