Re: New-to-me H2

Thanks...I have been lurking for a while.

I love the yellow, our commander is black and chrome.

My biz colors are black and gold so it works well.

I need to get busy fixxin on it first. The previous owner let someone borrow it who decided it would fit in the passenger car side of the airport parking deck. It cleaned off the back of the roof rails with the rear lights. I don't like the sliding racks on top anyways.

I replaced the air cleaner today and that cover was a bizcth to get back on.

Didn't notice until Paragon pointed it out that you are in Alabama. If you are interested in joining us, Tellico in Murphy NC wouldn't be too far a drive for you.

Re: New-to-me H2

There are a lot of H2 in the south. I can't find much in the way of gatherings locally other than Hummer Happenings, which I found out today that I am not invited to because I did not buy new(I bought from a customer of mine). I guess I will buy my new one from an out of town dealer also...what dorks.

I appreciate the invite to Tellico, but I will be way to busy for the next three months to get out of the city.

PM me where you live.

We have a HH coming up in a couple of weeks close to the AL border and I am sure I can get you an invite if you are considering buying new and would buy from these guys.

"Out of the city" as in where you have to go to get on dirt, mud , or rocks.

Do all of us smartasses have H2's?

I feel at home here. Even the classified forum is not safe from it. I have never before seen a forum where they take shots at the classified ads, that is awesome.

I put a pipe in that goes down into a pit lined with a bunch of lime. So, it's basically just like a regular bathroom.

I did ask Ken not to say anything to anybody about this idea until I had patented it though. ;) :D

They were hit hard by Katrina. I have not heard much about them since and don't know of anyone that's been there since.

It's basically mudding. They have a few trails cut through the woods but don't expect anything like Tellico. Their biggest attraction is mud though.
