Hi, I am a newbie here and wanted to post some pics of my H2. I have added mostly appearance mods. I also threw in a pic of my motorcylce just for kicks. I have learned alot about H2's since joining the fourm!

I don't know how to post multiple pics so here they are on seperate posts

I have to ask....where did you get those flares???!!! How much, etc? Nice color choice, BTW.

Check out the OkC Chapter Page!

Starbuck 11-18-2003 04:25 AM

Thanks for the compliments!!!!!

I bought the flares from my dealer, they are E&G Classics. I originally purchased the black fender flares but they failed to arrive on the truck, so i decided to take the painted fender flairs at a nice discount. I believe they charged me a bit over $650 w/out installation.

Dan 11-18-2003 10:59 AM

Nice truck! And I'll be the first one to speak up and say I can't stand Harleys, but I DO like that one!

Raster - I saw they had color coded flares on www.tstarproducts.com but not available just yet. Not sure where else.....

I thought they might be E&G Classics....much better than Street Scene.

YES YES!!!! PLATE IS GOOD!!! VERY YUMMY!!

Like the Harley, too. And I don't usually like Harleys, either. What model is it?

Starbuck 11-19-2003 01:40 AM

That is my ex-girlfriend, JK, I found her on the net and photoshop-ed it.

The Motorcycle is a V-ROD, It's harleys first water cooled moto.

DRTYFN 11-19-2003 02:59 PM

Decent looking bike. How is it to ride? Price? Other colors available?

3D Guy 11-19-2003 03:11 PM

Funny..... that chick wasn't an option when I want to the DMV to get my plates.

The ride is incredible in my experience/opinion. This is a pretty fast bike. They start at 18K. This one is highly modified with aftermarket chrome, powercommander, etc. The 2004 models do come in different colors, check out Harleys site for more info.

I like the chrome hood handles. Are those the factory "Uplevel Chrome Appearance Package" Handles, or are they aftermarket, and if so, where'd ya get 'em?

All in all, I like the color scheme and fenders. Very nice. [Mr Burns voice on] Exxxcelent, Starbuck! [/Mr Burns voice off]

I believe they are Mc2, but not 100% certain, I can't find my reciept. Here is another pic close up so you can see the detail. Thanks!

Dedo-man 11-23-2003 05:24 PM

I just picked up my H2 04' yesterday. Cant stop smiling. Did you install the handles yourself. Im looking to put these on mine also? and.... is that a locking gas cap? same question?

Starbuck 11-23-2003 09:08 PM

Congrats on the new ride!!!! This is a locking (SMA) gas cap. Both were simple to install. I hope to see some pics of your soon.

cmb31078 11-24-2003 04:56 AM

Dedo be careful I was talking to someone the other day and they said they have changed the gas cap on the 04 vs. the 03. Make sure it is a perfect fit or a sensor will go off. Just a lil warning for you.

The matching colored flares really complete your vehicle. Nicely done and integrate well into the whole design.
