I'd consider a trade for your old bumper.

I will add a Bon Jovi tape, 3 pieces of crunchy snickers from Halloween (saving them because they are that good.), some cigars and a toy helicopter (way bigger than Frank's) to the table.

I will bring these items personally in a couple months to make sure they do not get damaged.
